The Creative Marketing Manager is both a designer and a project leader a creative professional who can concept, design, and deliver compelling marketing assets while also managing timelines, vendors, and collaborators.This person will play a key role in bringing our campaigns to life across digital, social, email, and onsite channels, ensuring every asset reflects the magic, energy, and storytelling at the heart of Social House Entertainments events.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & ExecutionCreate brand-aligned assets for social media, email campaigns, advertising, partner promotions, and event collateral.Develop templates and design systems that allow for efficient, scalable campaign execution.Collaborate with content creators and video/photo teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.Project ManagementOwn creative project workflows from brief to delivery.Manage timelines, asset trackers, and approvals across multiple concurrent events.Ensure deadlines are consistently met across marketing, partnerships, and production teams.Vendor & Partner CollaborationCoordinate with freelance designers, illustrators, and creative vendors.Deliver briefs, manage feedback, and ensure all outsourced work aligns with brand standards.Support social media and content creators with assets and creative direction.Campaign IntegrationCollaborate with event Marketing Managers and the Digital Marketing team to align creative with campaign goals.Ensure design choices support ticket sales, brand engagement, and partner deliverables.Stay tuned to creative trends to keep campaigns fresh and engaging.Required Qualifications46 years experience in graphic design and creative marketing (agency, in-house, or live events preferred).Strong design portfolio across digital and print, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva/Figma.Solid project management skills with ability to juggle multiple deadlines.Experience managing freelancers or creative vendors.Comfortable collaborating across teams (social, digital, partnerships, production).A strong creative eye with attention to detail, storytelling, and brand consistency.Bonus ExperienceExperience designing for live events, festivals, or hospitality.Familiarity with digital marketing performance metrics (ad creative testing, CTR optimization, etc.).Motion graphics or video editing skills.Experience with project management tools like AirTable.
