Overview About The Role: We're looking for a creative and highly organized marketer to help shape the future of our creator and ambassador programs. Reporting into our Senior Partnerships Manager, you'll lead end-to-end campaign execution—bringing partnerships to life through thoughtful storytelling, strategic collaboration, and seamless coordination. With a balance of creative insight and operational excellence, you'll have the opportunity to identify and build relationships with creators who align with our brand and guide them from initial outreach through to campaign success. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about influencer marketing, energized by a fast-paced environment, and is excited to make their mark on a growing brand.
What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including link and discount code creation, content brief distribution, product order placement, and go-live coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and ambassadors, negotiating terms, closing deals, and managing ongoing communications to ensure performance-driven partnerships
Identify, vet, and onboard new creator and ambassador leads that align with brand goals and target audience
Maintain campaign trackers with up-to-date information on live dates, payments, content approvals, and performance metrics to ensure operational accuracy and transparency
Request content concepts in advance, provide feedback, and manage approvals to ensure assets meet brand standards and minimize reshoots
Confirm content goes live, log and review campaign data, conduct post-campaign analyses, and provide insights to partners to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with accounting to ensure timely and accurate partner payments in accordance with contractual terms
Hit sourcing, spend, and go-live targets; manage daily pipeline movement to ensure consistent campaign momentum
Craft and send regular partnership updates, campaign opportunities, and performance feedback to keep partners engaged and informed
Who You Are 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or campaign coordination (agency or in-house, ideally at a DTC brand)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
Proactive communicator who can keep campaigns on track with minimal oversight
Comfortable working with internal teams (e.g., accounting, legal, creative) and external partners
Familiarity with creator marketing tools and trackers (e.g., Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.) is a plus
Location Boston, MA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
