- Must be available to work 100% onsite in Jupiter West, FL.
- Experience in both UX research and UX design.
- Strong experience using Figma.
- Exposure to I-related use cases such as classification, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs).
- Conduct complex operational analyses to support decision-making.
- Lead medium to large project teams.
- Review and approve findings for presentation to senior management.
- Perform statistical analyses as part of research work.
- Direct, mentor, and coach junior analysts.
- Collaborate with product leaders, stakeholders, and end-users to conduct research, define requirements, design solutions, and hand off to development teams.
