Prospect and secure new business opportunities with a focus on growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across niche or general markets. Collaborate with the internal service team to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Utilize agency management software, CRM platforms, and sales tools to manage leads and track progress. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications/Requirements
Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an independent insurance agency. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Coachable and adaptable with a willingness to learn. Self-motivated and results-driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resides in North Carolina or South Carolina.
