We are seeking a talented and driven
Commercial Producer
with a strong background in insurance to join our team. The Commercial Producer will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing them with expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential commercial insurance clients Evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide expert recommendations Develop and present customized insurance proposals and solutions Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and coverage Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support and communication Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices Qualifications/Requirements
Previous Sales/Producer experience is required Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage options Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and deadlines Proficient in relevant computer applications and CRM systems Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License Compensation Package
Compensation: Between $40k-$45k (based on experience) + performance-based commission & bonus structure Competitive benefits package, paid time off, 401(k), professional development opportunities, etc. Flexible work schedule available - remote, hybrid, or onsite
