Senior Marketing Manager

will be responsible for driving net-new business by developing and executing lead generation strategies and tactics tailored to our industry, target personas, and specifically our scan-based trading (SBT) product. This position will work one-on-one with the SBT product marketer and sales team to plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across outlets, identify growth opportunities through research, and optimize the marketing funnel. A strong content writing skill set is required. Results are measured through specific KPIs that include, but are not limited to, volume of qualified leads delivered successfully to the top of the sales funnel and campaign performance. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

Essential Functions: Experienced in all primary digital media outlets including but not limited to text-based, visual, audio, video, interactive, and advertising and marketing media. Managing CRM prospect database to ensure the highest level of potential success and to clearly monitor prospective interactions and information (e.g., consistency with cleansing, refreshing, and ensuring the best use of capabilities) Researching target markets to identify best channels for communications and ad placements Creating lead generation strategies Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content and visuals Identifying interest in product versus intent to buy - delivering a strong strategy focus on intent to buy to elevate quality of leads delivered Qualifying leads through direct contact as needed Ability to think strategically while executing tactically Understanding of all products, personas, value props, pain points, and lead qualifications Establishing and implementing prospect marketing journeys Tracking lead statuses Tracking and reporting campaign performance Understanding the sales process and goals Using lead tracking tools / multiple data points - interpret the data and apply learnings Tracking personal KPIs Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of B2B lead generation experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field Established, proven success in lead generation Proficient in using data & data tools to make informed campaign decisions Skilled in tracking and presenting data insights PowerPoint Proficient in marketing automation platforms and system management (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot) Proficient in utilizing Salesforce CRM Skilled in creating marketing automation workflows Experience using LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo or other prospecting tools Strong content writing skillset for blogging, email marketing, ads, etc. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making Excellent communication skills Prefers a collaborative work environment Enjoys working in an office - hybrid role with a minimum of three days weekly in the office Works hard and has fun Likes to support the success of others Finds success working collaboratively with sales teams Participates in discussions Enjoys participating in team/culture events Has high integrity and demonstrates personal accountability Self-manages to meet deadlines Is open to constructive feedback Is skilled in working with diverse personalities Our Benefits:

Fintech SBT (formerly Nexxus Group)

is a division of Financial Information Technologies, LLC, ("Fintech") a leading business solutions provider for the hospitality and retail industries. Fintech SBT is a leader in the Scanned Based Trading segment of on-site Retail. Retailers use Scanned Based Trading when they require their suppliers to consign merchandise into their stores. Fintech SBT manages the Retailer/Supplier price book (the record of what Retailers must pay their Suppliers when merchandise is sold at retail). When a customer purchases the product at Retail, the sales record is sent to Fintech SBT (most daily, some weekly). This information is integrated with the price book to determine the amount owed by the Retailer and to the Supplier. Fintech SBT creates invoices to Retailers, receives payments from the Retailers and then makes payments to the Suppliers.
