Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Marketing Lead Procurement Specialist to support procurement and strategic sourcing activities related to marketing services and products. As a key member of the centralized strategic sourcing team, this role will assist in maximizing efficiencies, deliver value to the marketing function, reduce risk where it exists today, and further our competitive advantage through marketing strategy execution. The role involves managing supplier relationships and securing optimal value to support the company’s marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of marketing trends, solid negotiation skills, and experience managing contracts and RFx processes. The role is an individual contributor and will collaborate with procurement management, functional stakeholders, legal counsel, the Procurement Shared Services team, and external suppliers. Core skills include category management, business acumen, adaptability, curiosity, and strong storytelling to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive strategic conversations. Strategic Sourcing Manage $25M in annual spend and 60 contracts for contract compliance while targeting at least ~$1.25M in savings. Take ownership for management and implementation of the emerging social media strategy. Conduct the procurement sourcing process to develop and execute RFI/RFP events, analyze and summarize RFP response data with consideration for total cost of ownership, and generate materials for negotiations and presentations. Lead contract negotiations for highly complex and strategic contracts. Assist the procurement manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies for marketing services and products, aligning with the company’s marketing goals. Communicate program details from top down according to established guidelines, policies, and protocols. Identify and drive productivity, cost savings, and cost avoidance, and document the value generated from the procurement process. Maintain relationships with suppliers who can provide goods/services that meet Domino’s specifications, superior service, and competitive prices. Ensure compliance to contract management processes; act as the primary liaison with the Procurement Shared Services team. Maintain effective supplier relationships to continuously drive value beyond price. Stay informed about marketing trends, new marketing technologies, and pricing dynamics to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience. Marketing industry (or other applicable experience) strongly preferred. Broadcast and social media sourcing and contract negotiation experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to lead RFPrs and contract negotiations, including navigating legal reviews and aligning with internal stakeholders. Experience engaging, managing, and influencing internal and external relationships at multiple levels (VP+). Familiarity with advertising and media agency models, including staffing plans and working with major media suppliers. Experience managing contracts and negotiations with media platforms; familiarity with digital media buying, programmatic, paid search, and social media platforms. Understanding of agency scopes of work, fee structures, and performance-based compensation models. Understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation tools such as SFMC and Hightouch, and data integration workflows. Strong analytical skills. Ability to assess value beyond cost, including service quality, innovation potential, and strategic alignment. Experience developing category strategies and integration strategies/agreements; managing implementation across internal and external partners. Skilled in budget management, cost benchmarking, and ROI analysis for marketing investments; familiarity with pricing models across media platforms, agency models, and martech solutions.
