Job Opening: Prepress Operator / Packaging Designer

Location: Carlstadt, NJ

We’re a fast-growing custom packaging + and printing facility looking for someone who knows their way around Adobe Illustrator — and wants to build a career in packaging.

Whether you’re a prepress pro or just solid with file prep and curious about packaging, we’ll train you into a hybrid designer who can handle both prepress and structural design.

What You\'ll Do

• Prep files, tweak die lines, and support our design + production teams
• Learn Artios CAD and the ins and outs of packaging design
• Help create custom boxes, inserts, and retail mockups
• Grow into a creative problem-solver with both tech skills and design chops

Who We\'re Looking For

• Prepress operators or designers who want to dive into packaging
• People with strong Illustrator skills and an eye for detail
• Problem-solvers, team players, and those who like learning something new daily
• A good attitude is mandatory — we don’t do drama, we do great work

What You Bring

• Pro-level Adobe Illustrator skills
• Familiarity with print or packaging is a plus, not a dealbreaker
• Willingness to learn structural packaging design tools
• A solid work ethic and a great sense of humor
