Compensation Range: $35.00/hr – $44.00/hr W2

Job Description:
We are seeking an Influencer and Content Support Freelance Specialist to join the Consumer Engagement team, supporting influencer relations, social media campaigns, and brand activations. This role provides hands-on experience managing influencer initiatives, building creator relationships, supporting events, and analyzing performance across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-obsessed, and passionate about beauty, social media, and the evolving influencer landscape.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support influencer campaigns across brand launches, product activations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with identifying and managing influencer talent for PR seeding, campaigns, and events.
  • Create and maintain influencer briefs, databases, and program recaps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to align on marketing timelines and campaign execution.
  • Monitor cultural trends and apply insights to content and influencer strategies.
  • Provide logistical support for virtual and in-person experiential events.
  • Manage admin tasks including POs, product send-outs, shipping, and orders.
  • Assist with content ideation, shoot setup, and creation for social platforms.

Must-Haves:

  • 2 years of experience managing social media or influencer programs.
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for creator and stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI) and optimize strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
