Overview
As a UX Researcher II, you will ensure our products are user-focused from the beginning through collaboration with product managers, technology leaders and UX designers on research strategy, determining the best study methodologies, and working directly with customers to gather feedback and insights. We are currently seeking a mid-level researcher to work with a senior researcher on our core products. Your purpose is to lead and conduct user research to inform product design decisions. You will analyze data, generate insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. Your work will directly impact the development of intuitive and user-friendly products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct user research to inform product design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, technology leaders and UX designers on research strategy and methodologies.
- Work directly with customers to gather feedback and insights.
- Analyze data, generate insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.
- Work with a senior researcher on core products.
Qualifications
- Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews and surveys.
- Ability to lead small to medium projects.
- Experience with a survey tool such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics.
- Ability to prioritize research findings based on the research questions and strategic importance.
- Bachelor's or master's degree and 2-5 years of experience.
