Responsibilities
- Lead UX research projects to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations
- Develop research strategies aligned with product and design goals
- Apply a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Analyze research findings and provide actionable insights for product teams
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to enhance user experience
- Present research insights to stakeholders and influence business decisions
- Identify opportunities for UX improvements through competitor analysis and market trends
- Mentor junior UX researchers and foster a culture of research excellence

Qualifications
- Must Haves:
- Strong expertise in UX research methodologies (Qualitative and Quantitative)
- 6-8 years of experience as a UX Researcher or User Researcher
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across different business levels
- Proven experience with conducting research in a B2B product setting is highly desirable
