  • Select plants, materials, and features based on site conditions, client goals, and budget.
  • Perform take-offs, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for proposed projects.
  • Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies, integrating them into your work.

Account Management & Sales Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring a seamless project experience.
  • Meet with new and existing clients to assess needs, gather project requirements, and provide creative recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting accurate, detailed proposals.
  • Support the sales pipeline by following up on proposals, renewals, and leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on larger projects and cross-department initiatives.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Work with Operations and Administration teams to ensure smooth project handoffs from design to production.
  • Provide crews with clear project documentation, including plans, photos, and installation notes.
  • Conduct site visits to verify design intent, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate proactively with clients about scheduling, project progress, and any changes.

Administrative & Team Duties

  • Manage Aspire dashboard daily to track tasks, proposals, and project updates.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries by phone and email.
  • Assist with Aspire software updates, templates, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, design reviews, and company-wide gatherings.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and community outreach to strengthen the company’s brand.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to client feedback.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred; hand-drawing skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of plants, hardscape materials, and installation practices.
  • Sales or client account management experience preferred.
