Design and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with PawsCo’s mission and campaigns, in collaboration with the Marketing Director
· Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms (graphics, reels, stories, etc.)
· Oversee a small team of content contributors and graphic designers to maintain visual and messaging consistency
· Plan and schedule posts to highlight adoptions, events, volunteer opportunities, and success stories
· Collaborate with Marketing Director to monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy to improve engagement and reach
· Stay current on social media trends and suggest creative ways to grow and engage PawsCo’s audience
· Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align social strategy with larger campaign goals and organizational priorities
· Estimated time commitment is approx. 5-20 hours per month (flexible).
