Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging music lessons to students across various ages and skill levels.
• Establish meaningful relationships with students and their families through regular communication, goal-setting, and performance updates.
• Collaborate with our store team to schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
• Use your musical expertise to inspire and support students in their musical journey.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching music.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• 8+ years of teaching experience with multiple instruments (such as guitar, piano, violin, etc.).

Pay Rate: $16.66/hr Non-Teaching Rate + $10-20/hr Teaching Rate based on experience and qualifications.
