Your Role:
You will create an engaging and supportive atmosphere where students can thrive. You will:
- Provide personalized music lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Build strong relationships with students and their families through consistent communication, goal setting, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons effectively and promote student retention.
- Utilize your musical expertise to inspire student growth and foster their development.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in music teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Membership in professional teaching organizations or certifications.
- 8+ years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments such as guitar, piano, violin, and others.
