FINESSE OUR MINDS; (FOM;) is hiring: UI/UX Web Designer in Los Angeles

We are looking for talented and experienced UI/UX designers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating beautiful and functional interfaces. In this role, we would like you to create intuitive and user-friendly design for a mobile app that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points
• Create user personas and scenarios to inform design decisions
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to implement designs
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design

Qualifications:

• Verified experience in UI/UX design
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups
• Experience with usability testing and user research
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio of design work
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related field is a bonus, but not required
