Our client, an AI workflow automation focused startup here in NYC, is hiring for their very first Growth Marketing role! They are a well-positioned startup with a strong product/market fit, and are beginning to build out their GTM team to support their growth. Overview Onsite role in New York City, Midtown. The company is building out its GTM team and seeks a first Growth Marketing hire.
Responsibilities
Develop & execute growth marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition, retention and growth
Build a strong and scalable marketing strategy including account based marketing, lifecycle marketing & demand generation
Utilize data and analytics to help optimize campaigns and shape overall strategy
Continuously test new channels, looking for ways to harness AI within the marketing function
Qualifications
B2B SaaS Growth Marketing or Demand generation experience
Knowledge of marketing automation systems - ideally Hubspot or Salesforce
Strong skills with copywriting and a portfolio of marketing work
Proven experience running paid marketing campaigns to drive revenue
Experience as the first marketing hire at a startup or in a founding marketing role
