We are seeking a creative, confident, and organized Digital Marketing Associate / Social Media Manager to join our team and help us establish and grow a strong, consistent online presence. Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Associate / Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the firm’s digital footprint across major platforms. This role involves creating and executing social media strategies, designing content calendars, producing engaging posts, and ensuring our branding and messaging remain consistent, professional, and approachable. Key Responsibilities Establish, manage, and grow the firm’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) Create and maintain monthly content calendars that align with firm goals and marketing initiatives Develop original content (graphics, posts, short videos, articles, etc.) tailored to each platform Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction Track analytics and prepare simple performance reports with insights for improvement Ensure consistent brand voice, design, and messaging across all platforms Collaborate with attorneys and management to highlight firm achievements, services, and events Stay informed on digital marketing and legal industry trends to recommend new strategies Qualifications Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Interest in the legal industry a plus Compensation & Benefits $20.00 per hour, full-time schedule In-person role at our office Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Collaborative and supportive work environment
