Your Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Establish positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication, goal-setting, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons and boost student retention.
- Share your musical expertise to inspire and nurture student growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) in Music.
- Memberships or certifications in professional teaching organizations.
- 8+ years of teaching experience, particularly with a variety of instruments (including but not limited to: banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, and more).
