About The Team
Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant). This role will be responsible for managing the team that supports our Restaurant Advertisers on business insights and marketing analytics.
About The Role
In this role, you will partner with Account Management/ Sales teams to improve upon the current delivery framework for marketing recommendations, customer insights, and media optimizations, all with the goal of enabling CPG and Restaurant advertisers to grow their businesses with DoorDash’s marketing products. You’ll create case studies, benchmarks, and content as we bring new advertisers onboard and drive product adoption. You will partner with cross functional partners in Sales, Marketing and Product to drive DoorDash’s CPG / Restaurants Insights roadmap, including launching new analytic capabilities. As a people manager, you will also manage a team of Insights S&O Leads to deliver impactful and error free reporting, analysis, and marketing opportunities for CPG and Restaurant clients.

We’re Excited About You Because…
- You have 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics; high growth startup experience preferred
- You're a SQL expert (required)
- You have experience managing a team of strong performers
- You have a proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
- You are a strong communicator and project manager, taking pride in the quality work your team delivers
- You have a Bachelor's degree
Compensation & Benefits
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $136,000—$200,000 USD. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Benefits include a comprehensive package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefits, paid time off and paid sick leave where applicable, and other programs).

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
