Seeking Studio Receptionist for Fine Art Portrait Studio
Park Hill Fine Art Portraits is a luxury studio known for timeless, heirloom portraiture and an unmatched client experience. For over 16 years, we\'ve redefined what it means to feel seen, honored, and celebrated through art. We\'re looking for polished, high-energy professionals to be the heartbeat of our Fort Worth studio. If you\'re the type who notices the details, lives to serve, and thrives under pressure - read on.
The Role: Studio Receptionist
As a Studio Receptionist, you\'re more than a greeter. You\'re the quarterback of the client experience - anticipating needs, managing flow, and creating a seamless, elevated visit from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. You\'ll work alongside a dynamic team, but this role requires initiative, grace under pressure, and a standard of excellence that doesn\'t waiver.
At Park Hill, You Will
- Warmly host clients and guide them through their session experience
- Open and close the studio, ensuring it\'s guest-ready
- Assist clients over the phone - giving directions, answering questions, and setting expectations
- Manage light administrative tasks (invoicing, data entry, scheduling support)
- Be the go-to for anything the team or client needs to keep the day running smoothly
- Be present and available evenings and weekends (when the magic often happens)
What Makes You The Right Fit
- A high-energy professional who loves people and pets
- Sharp, polished, and brand-aligned in both appearance and demeanor
- A natural communicator - articulate, warm, and confident (both verbally and in writing)
- Obsessed with the details - from tone of voice to how the studio smells
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- A team-first player who leads with positivity and initiative
This is a front-row seat to a mission-driven brand that makes people feel seen. Our team is passionate, tight-knit, and performance-driven - and we\'re growing fast. If you\'re the kind of person who walks in, takes charge, and raises the energy in the room, we want to meet you.
