The Role: As our Community + Influencer Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our community presence — nurturing relationships online and offline, managing influencer partnerships, and ensuring our brand voice comes alive across social and events. You’ll work closely with our VP of Brand Marketing and our Content Associate to bring the brand to life across social (Instagram, TikTok), through affiliate programs, and IRL NYC-based community events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in beauty, loves social platforms and to be social IRL, and has an eye for creative details.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Engage daily with our online community on Instagram and TikTok (commenting, reposting, answering questions via DMs)
• Foster genuine relationships with superfans, VIP customers, and brand advocates
• Monitor brand mentions and UGC, ensuring quick and thoughtful interactions
• Source and vet influencers aligned with our brand ethos
• Manage influencer gifting and affiliate programs (ShopMy, Social Snowball)
• Request and collect influencer/community content for brand use
• Track influencer performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Maintain a well-organized library of influencer and community-generated content
• Edit and format UGC for use across social channels, ads, and email
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency
• Coordinate and execute content shoots with community members
• Assist in planning and executing brand events, pop-ups, and community activations
• Maintain weekly reports on engagement, influencer ROI, and community growth
• Participate in strategy sessions with the marketing team to refine initiatives

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in community management, influencer relations, or social media marketing at a beauty brand
• A strong communicator with excellent writing skills and a love for social media
• Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and multitasking
• Comfortable editing short-form content (basic Canva, CapCut, or Adobe skills)
• A natural relationship-builder who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (Depending on experience)
• Bonus: Opportunity for up to 10% annual performance bonus (based on engagement & campaign metrics)
• Hybrid work flexibility (in-person for events and content shoots and office)
