Responsibilities
Oversee $1.5-$2M in account revenue as the most senior strategic client counsel
Develop coherent strategies for clients and projects while working with top executives as a trusted advisor
Generate business revenue within existing clients by providing strategic recommendations to expand the scope of work
Manage, mentor, and develop staff, conducting performance reviews and setting objectives
Represent the employer and key clients at industry events, seminars, and conferences
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and achieve high-impact media placements
Extensive writing and editing experience with various print and online communications media
Demonstrated leadership in managing comprehensive strategic communications and marketing programs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaign management
Innovative thinker with a track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
Experience in setting up measurement programs and measuring the ROI of communications activities
