The SVP of Marketing & Business Development is a leader responsible for the overall marketing and business development strategy and execution within the organization. This role is pivotal in driving our brand strategy, enhancing market presence, strategic planning around retention and lead generation, and driving the growth and profitability of the company through innovative marketing practices. The VP of Marketing and BD will lead the marketing and business development departments and will collaborate closely with other executive leaders to ensure that marketing and business development efforts align with the company’s business objectives and that the brand resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Experience in managing large teams and developing high-performing marketing departments.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer experience.
- Strong background in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Experience with marketing technology, data analysis, and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
