The Senior Graphics Project Manager is responsible for the daily artwork project management at the onsite facility to effectively service our client. As a Senior team member at the client location, the Senior Graphics Project Manager has accountability for ensuring projects meet client needs and expectations balanced with Olberding Brand Family's internal objectives. This role will work with the local client staff and coordinate design and production with other internal OBF locations and teams.

In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day management of packaging artwork projects, turning creative ideas into shelf-ready packaging that represents some of the most recognized consumer brands in the world. You'll partner closely with Church & Dwight's marketing, design, and graphics teams, as well as cross-functional teams within the Olberding Brand Family, to ensure every package is delivered with accuracy, quality, and impact.
Church & Dwight is constantly expanding and innovating their product portfolio across Fabric Care, Personal Care, Health & Wellness, and Home Care. As their visual branding evolves, so does the need for expert project management, and that's where you come in.
You'll play a key role in managing the complex process of bringing new packaging to life, making sure that what ends up on shelves reflects the brand's goals and meets all production requirements. As a senior team member onsite with the client, you'll not only manage projects, you'll help guide relationships, balance expectations, and support internal teams to deliver exceptional work.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Be the project lead, gather info from the client, start up new projects, and keep things moving.
- Review designs to make sure they're ready for production (printability, file accuracy, etc.)
- Track schedules and hit key milestones, you're the timekeeper of the process
- Communicate with everyone, from designers and printers to marketers and product teams
- Make sure everything meets brand standards, especially when it comes to color and quality
- Help mentor other team members and assist with training and onboarding
- Support your team leader with process improvements and tech updates
- Take the lead on large projects or onboarding new clients
- Strong project management skills
- Solid understanding of packaging, design, and how artwork moves through production
- Comfortable using tools like Office 365, Acrobat, and ideally SAP or Esko WebCenter
- Familiar with different printing methods (Flexo, Gravure, Offset)
- A confident communicator who can manage multiple tasks at once
- Bachelor's degree in graphic communication, business, design, or something similar
- 7+ years in project management, packaging, or prepress/printing
- Experience in the world of consumer products is a big plus!
