What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee $1.5-$2M in account revenue as the most senior strategic client counsel
• Develop coherent strategies for clients and projects while managing key accounts
• Drive new business development and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Mentor and manage account teams, fostering staff development and performance improvement
• Represent the employer and key clients at industry events to build networking opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and successfully achieve media placements
• Extensive writing and editing experience for various print and online communications media
• Strong leadership skills in managing a comprehensive strategic communications and marketing program

• Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
