HH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time, Director of Influencer & Brand Partnerships for one of our clients in the Financial Technology industry located in Chicago. This is your chance to join a growing and innovative organization with an amazing team and culture!
Location: Remote with travel to Chicago, IL and other US locations as business dictates.
Compensation: $170,000-$230,000 + bonus + benefits
Benefits offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, AD&D insurance, 401k plan, annual bonus, flexible work schedule, up to 15 days of Personal Time Off is offered a year, 9 Paid Holidays, and other perks. Paid sick leave is applicable by state law.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or similar.
- 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing and/or talent management with fintech, media, entertainment, or consumer brands industry experience.
- Experience and success building and scaling high-impact affiliate and influencer programs with strong return on investment and positive, measurable business results.
- Ability to bring a strong network of entertainment, sports, gaming, lifestyle or financial category to their job.
- Demonstrated experience integrating partnerships into media properties, live broadcasts, and multi-platform marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience and success negotiating and managing high value agreements for on-air talent and brand partnerships.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of organization with ability to multi-task.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Previous leadership experience.
