About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Development and Public Relations to lead and oversee fundraising projects, events, and strategies that align with the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing donor cultivation and solicitation strategies, engaging with various stakeholders to foster donor relationships, and ensuring the effectiveness of all fundraising programs. This role also involves managing the development plan, including budget development, and maintaining organizational and departmental policies and procedures. The Executive Director will serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team, providing a development-oriented perspective and participating in senior management discussions and decisions. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, or Organizational Planning, or a minimum of five years of related healthcare experience. A background in healthcare administration with a focus on planning, marketing, and public relations is highly desirable. The role requires a candidate with at least two years of managerial and administrative experience in the relevant fields, and a proven track record of working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Essential skills include strong organizational and administrative abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency. Experience in budget and financial planning management is also a desired skill for this position.
