About the Role

Join our team as the Director of Development and Public Relations, where you will lead impactful fundraising initiatives and public relations strategies, all aligned with our mission to provide exceptional healthcare to our community. You will define and implement creative donor cultivation and solicitation tactics, actively engaging various stakeholders to build and strengthen donor relationships. In this role, you will manage the development plan, including budget creation, and uphold our organizational policies and procedures. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute your expertise to senior discussions and strategic decisions.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Organizational Planning, or at least five years of relevant healthcare experience. We highly value candidates with a background in healthcare administration focused on planning, marketing, and public relations. You should possess a minimum of two years of managerial and administrative experience within these fields, alongside a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Essential skills include strong organizational and administrative capabilities, exceptional communication skills, great attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems. Experience in budget management and financial planning is also preferred.
