Every month, we craft high quality modules around the latest threats using compelling storytelling, immersive visuals, and seamless production workflows. Our in-house studio handles creative production—from script to storyboards to animation—augmented with professional voice acting and music.

We are seeking a Creative AI Artist and Production Engineer to help us launch a new line of scalable, personalized, and derivative content products.

Responsibilities

• Generate Hollywood-style scripts, scene breakdowns, and storyboards using a variety of AI tools and services.
• Use AI to deviate original artworks and create new visual assets.
• Automate or assist in composition workflows, integrating AI-generated assets into Toon Boom, Adobe After Effects/Premiere, Storyline 360, etc.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity SME and creative team to ensure messaging accuracy and storytelling clarity.
• Craft and refine AI prompts (prompt engineering) across text, visual, audio, video and animation domains.
• Work with AI tools like LTX Studios, Eleven Labs, ComfyUI (open-source), plus emerging and frontier platforms for voice, video, animation, and production.
• Ensure all AI-generated content meets high standards of quality, consistency, and brand compliance.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Script & Storyboard: Prompt and curate AI-generated scripts and scene visuals; iterate to fine-tune creative output.
• Video/Animation Asset Creation: Guide LLMs or AI image generators to produce concept art, character frames, background elements, animatics.
• Compositing & Automation: Automate integration of AI-generated assets into animation and authoring tools, streamlining workflows.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and optimize prompts for LMMs (text-to-text, text-to-image, audio, animation).
• Quality Control: Manually review, correct, and enhance AI outputs to maintain quality and narrative fidelity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cybersecurity experts, voice artists, composers, and animators to integrate AI outputs smoothly into final content.
• Tool Development & R&D: Stay on the cutting edge of AI animation tools, building pipelines that scale and improve over time.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Formal training in animation/creative arts (2D/3D, storyboarding, cinematography, composition).
• Hands-on experience with Toon Boom, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop), and creative production workflows.
• Proven experience with AI generative tools: prompt-based story , visual AI (like diffusion models), AI voice (e.g., Eleven Labs), and automation tools (e.g., ComfyUI, LTX Studios).
• Strong prompt engineering skills across text, visual, and audio/animation contexts.
• Portfolio of AI-assisted creative work—animations, storyboards, prompt-driven content.

Nice to Have:

• Background in cybersecurity content or tech training modules.
• Experience with SCORM authoring and LMS integration.
• Experience managing end-to-end production pipelines.
• Familiarity with LMM research, such as AnimDirector type frameworks.
