We are seeking a talented and passionate Makeup Artist to join our team that has the desire to truly service from the heart and master their craft through education and training. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized services including applying makeup to clients for weddings, special events, photoshoots, and everyday makeup, adhering to individual preferences
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand makeup needs and offer professional recommendations
• Stay updated on latest makeup trends and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, hygiene standards, and proper sanitization of tools and products
• Offer additional makeup services and retail products when appropriate
• Recommend and sell ESA Beauty products through consultative sampling and product education
• Offer light esthetic services such as brow tinting and lash lifts, and skin consultations when needed
• Provide consistent guest service and contribute to a welcoming, wellness-oriented atmosphere
• Participate in seasonal product events and promotional launches
• Maintain strong knowledge of ESA Beauty products to support guest recommendations
• Utilize social media to promote your craft

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License in WI
• Portfolio of past work
• Effective time management and adaptability
• Outstanding customer service and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work Saturdays for bridal appointments
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
