Overview

We are looking for an Associate Media Director to join our rapidly growing team of 25+ media pros, where you’ll help lead the team to shape the strategy and execution of campaigns for one of America’s most iconic 100+ year-old national brands. We are looking with someone with experience in local and regional media strategy, planning, and expertise, with an eye for awareness, while simultaneously focusing on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and project workflows
• Proficient in using syndicated research MRI/Simmons to identify actionable media targets
• Solid understanding of media platforms and tools, i.e. excel, Media Buying platforms (Trade Desk, Strata, Advantage, Media Ocean), etc.
• Create strategic media plans using all appropriate media channels ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and highly integrated, best-in-class media recommendations that deliver results.
• Work with buyers, analysts and production teams
• Interpret and take action on measurement/analytics

Qualifications

• 8+ years media department agency or client-side experience
• Understanding of both the traditional and digital media process
• Seasoned relationship expert with clients and internally within agency
• Comfortable running and interpreting syndicated research data
• “Owning it,” which means gracefully solving whatever problems or challenges present themselves without having to be asked
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work well with team members and independently
• Positive attitude and team player
• Ability to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects
• Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
• U.S. citizen or legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not offered
