Performance-Driven Associate Media Director Moontide Agency is looking for a Performance-Driven Associate Media Director to join our rapidly growing team of 25+ media professionals. In this role, you will help lead the team to shape the strategy and execution of campaigns for one of America’s most iconic 100+ year‑old national brands, focusing on both local and regional media strategy, planning, and expertise.

Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Manage budgets and project workflows

Proficient in using syndicated research MRI/Simmons to identify actionable media targets

Solid understanding of media platforms and tools, i.e., Excel, media buying platforms (Trade Desk, Strata, Advantage, Media Ocean), etc.

Create strategic media plans across all appropriate channels, ensuring comprehensive, best‑in‑class media recommendations that deliver results

Collaborate with buyers, analysts, and production teams

Interpret and act on measurement/analytics data

Qualifications

8+ years media department agency or client‑side experience

Understanding of both traditional and digital media processes

Strong grasp of attribution, measurement, and conversion‑based KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV)

Seasoned relationship expert with clients and internal agency teams

Comfortable running and interpreting syndicated research data

“Owning it” — gracefully solving problems or challenges without being asked

Detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects

Ability to work well both independently and as a team player with a positive attitude

Self‑starter with meticulous attention to detail

U.S. citizen or legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not offered.
