Job Description

Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for media and advertising? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Sales Executive. Our company works with the best CRM to provide follow-up on existing clients and new clients. You will learn to work with rents so you can keep on earning on a monthly rate and move on to new commissions. All sales on new and existing clients will pay a significant commission plus your hourly salary so you can maintain monthly revenues. This is not a door-to-door normal sales pitch or pyramid multilevel scheme. We will help you work on your cold calling and professional executive communication to gain access to presentations and corporate media buying.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities within the Puerto Rican and US markets. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Our CRM is full of data you can use to develop new contacts and gain access to companies with attractive advertising budgets.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored multimedia advertising solutions that align with their goals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor in the world of media and advertising.
  • Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value of our media services to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and deliver exceptional results for clients.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication field.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of out-of-home media, digital programmatic, and nontraditional media is a plus.
