Detailed Job Description/Responsibilities: Concept, design, and execute campaigns and PR worthy ideas across mediumsPush for breakthrough ideas that feel bold, unexpected, and impossible to ignore.Bring a strong visual POV and craft to every touchpoint from TikTok to a Super Bowl spotThink beyond traditional ads to create PR worthy ideas that resonate in a world full of great creativeCollaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to develop culturally relevant ideas that deliver on brand strategy.Provide visual direction and oversee execution on shoots, photography, and experiential activations.Ensure creative consistency and excellence across all deliverables.Lead and inspire designers, animators, and production partners in crafting best-in-class creative.Sell ideas internally and externally with clarity and passionStay actively plugged into music, entertainment, and pop culture trends, bringing cultural fluency into every project.Needed Competencies and Skills:Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate strategy into powerful visual storytelling.Deep design sensibility with a strong grasp of typography, layout, color, and composition.Ability to direct photo, film, and digital shoots with confidence and taste.Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work across teams and disciplines.Clear communication and presentation skills; able to sell ideas to clients and teams.Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly.Passion for music, entertainment, and pop culture, with curiosity for whats next.Required Qualifications and Experience:6-10 years of experience as an Art Director in an agency or brand.A strong portfolio with smart, surprising, beautifully crafted work Hands-on experience with Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design tools.Experience directing shoots and working with production partners.Proven ability to deliver work that resonates across multiple channels and audiences.Track record of creating work that is noticed, shared, and culturally relevant.Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education Required:Bachelors degree in Advertising, Design, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
