Marketing & Content CoordinatorReports to: Administrative Manager Commitment: ~10 hours per week Compensation: $25/hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking a creative, self-motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to support our organizations communication and marketing efforts. This part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) is responsible for creating and managing content across digital, print, and social platforms to ensure consistency with our brand and voice. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ManagementDevelop and design engaging social media posts aligned with brand standards.Create content for print and digital formats, including brochures, crisis resources, and promotional materials.Lead the quarterly magazine publication, ensuring it reflects the organizations mission and voice.Maintain and update website content including digital magazine issues, blog posts, and events/groups listings.Collaborate with the Administrative Manager to produce high-quality, timely content.Marketing & CampaignsPartner with Candace to design and implement ad campaigns for social media.Create sales funnels with lead magnets to promote groups, events, and courses.Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns using Kajabi.Ensure the organizations Google Business page is regularly updated and optimized.Brand & StrategyEnsure all content is consistent with the organizations brand and voice.Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to increase engagement and reach.Monitor analytics to track performance and prepare reports on marketing outcomes.QualificationsProven experience in marketing, content creation, or communications.Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).Familiarity with Kajabi or similar platforms for course/event management and email marketing.Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating effectively with team members.Creative thinker with the ability to align messaging to brand identity.
