The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the revenue strategy and optimizing the full marketing funnel to meet customer acquisition and lifetime value goals. This role involves managing media, field marketing, and conversion efforts, as well as leading a small team and managing external agencies. The VP of Marketing will be accountable for creating and continuously improving a holistic marketing plan, leading a marketing team, and defining a unified set of KPIs. They must be a full-funnel, 360-degree marketer, skilled in connecting people, processes, technologies, and data into cohesive strategies that drive growth and improve efficiency. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should be mission-driven, enthusiastically collaborative, and inclusive. The role requires a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategy, funnel optimization, and brand-building, with a focus on being data-driven, customer-oriented, and entrepreneurial. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C marketing, at least 3 years' experience at the Senior Director level or higher, and expertise in acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer journey management.
