What to Expect Lead and oversee 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and media relations
Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong relationships with clients
Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases and award submissions
Manage agency operations, including mentoring direct reports and participating in new business processes
Proactively set quarterly goals and track progress against them
Responsibilities Lead and oversee 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies and media relations
Deliver exemplary client service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications At least 7 years of PR agency experience
Record of high academic achievement with a good degree, particularly in English and/or Business
Core consumer brand PR background with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
Excellent publicity skills and a strong understanding of media requirements
Superior people and communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications Experience in delivering impactful PR campaigns from inception to delivery
A wide network of national consumer and business media contacts
Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovative thinking
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team player who thrives in a flexible and changing environment
