Title : Marketing Coordinator

Address : Milwaukee, WI

Schedule : Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

Salary : $25-28 / hour ($52,000 - $58,240)

Bonus : Annual bonus potential

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the entire RFP response process, including project management, content development, document production, and final submittal.
• Collaborate with technical staff to create qualification packages, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop compelling presentation content tailored for project interviews.
• Conduct training sessions to equip staff with messaging strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines and offices to keep marketing materials up to date (e.g., resumes, project descriptions, and collateral).
• Partner with the marketing and communications team to execute campaigns and special initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and target markets.
• Maintain active involvement in professional and community organizations to strengthen industry connections.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing & proposals experience in the AEC industry.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in managing and producing RFP responses.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
