Position Overview:

We are seeking an Experienced Personal Lines Producer to join our Jackson office. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to build and manage a book of business while benefiting from the support of a dedicated service team and access to top-rated carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow a personal lines book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Build strong client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions
• Conduct thorough coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly protected
• Meet and exceed sales and production goals
• Maintain knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
• Collaborate with account managers and customer service representatives to ensure excellent client service

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a licensed insurance producer (personal lines experience required)
• Active Property & Casualty License in Mississippi (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to providing value to clients
