Position Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who is results-driven and highly creative to take full ownership of their brand’s social presence. This role will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact content and cross-channel social media campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement and support lead generation for franchise development. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the right candidate will bring a mix of creativity, strategy and data savvy to tell compelling stories, build community and grow their company’s voice in the B2B commercial cleaning space.

This is a Full-Time position and may be performed in-office or as a hybrid. Hours are typically Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-informed social media strategy that drives measurable growth in engagement, reach and conversions across all active platforms.
  • Produce platform-optimized content (short-form video, carousel posts, reels, graphics and copy) using a mix of in-house creation and agency/vendor collaboration, ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Campaign concepting, briefing the creative and building an impactful campaign calendar
  • Implement social listening practices to identify opportunities for engagement, trend participation and proactive reputation management
  • Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and emerging platforms
  • Regularly analyze and report on performance metrics, translate data into actionable insights and adjust content strategies in real time to improve ROI and audience impact
  • Partner with the Marketing Leadership to align messaging and leverage national/local stories
  • Support Master Franchisees with branded social media toolkits, templates and campaign guidelines

About You

You’re a content-first thinker with a passion for creating scroll-stopping social media. You understand how to speak to both B2B and consumer audiences and can flex your voice to fit the platform. You’re analytical enough to know what works, and bold enough to try new things.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • 5+ years managing social media channels for a brand with proven success in growing platforms and engagement
  • Strong portfolio showcasing original content creation and campaign results
  • Expert knowledge of social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and tools (Hootsuite, Sprout or similar)
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for visual content creation
  • Experience in paid social ad strategy and performance optimization
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored for digital consumption
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in franchise, B2B or service-based industries
  • Experience creating, managing and adjusting Paid Ad campaigns
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing, LinkedIn thought leadership or employee advocacy programs
  • Video editing or motion graphics skills a plus
