Overview

Crary Industries is seeking a talented Multimedia Design Specialist to join our team. As a key part of our marketing team, you’ll design a variety of print and digital materials while keeping our look sharp, professional, and on-brand. If you’re ready to put your design skills to work in an agricultural manufacturing setting, we want to hear from you!

The Multimedia Design Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales teams in each of Crary Industries, Inc. brands through leading-edge graphic design. Also required to assist in managing projects across multiple levels of personnel.

Experience & Education

Experience: Desired individual should have 3+ years of graphic design experience in a similar role. Exceptional written, organizational and verbal communication skills are also required. Proficient in all Adobe applications is a must. Video editing experience and interest is a plus but not required.

Education: Degree in graphic design or equivalent experience is required. Diverse computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad array of projects and deadlines across three different brands within Crary Industries. Thriving in a fast-paced environment requires top end organizational skills and the desire to exceed. This fun and exciting position combines all aspects of graphic design and brand messaging. Including but not limited to: e-blasts (HTML), direct mail, advertisements, website materials, promotional catalogs and sell-sheets, signage, premium items, social media.

Within the ability and interest of the individual, successful candidate will be asked to contribute to other marketing or sales needs as they may arise.
