Who Are We Looking For?

A “recent graduate” is someone who has graduated within 2 years of the program start date, July 2026. We welcome graduates from all subject areas. Our recruitment process is task-driven to showcase your skills, with comprehensive foundation skills training and continuous development programs to support your growth.

What Makes Our Grad Program So Great?

The Grad Program is 21 months long, beginning after initial onboarding and training. Onboarding and training take place to bring everyone to the same level, with foundation training in Dublin, Ireland (9–10 weeks from mid-July 2026). After that, you’ll explore various facets of the gaming industry and discover where your passions lie.

Publishing: Beyond Books and Into the Gaming World

Publishing encompasses more than game development. You’ll manage advertising (externally and within games), coordinate budget spend, explore marketing technology, shape live services, lead growth initiatives, analyze player insights, craft global marketing strategies, and implement go-to-market plans through exciting rotations across the program.

What Will I Be Doing?

The program starts in July 2026 and runs for 21 months. It features rotation-based experiences in Dublin and possibly an international office, aligning learning goals with business needs. Teams are prepared to help grads develop analytical, technical, and commercial skills, with the aim of building capabilities across these areas.

Starting salary is $85,000 with salary reviews during the program, plus a range of benefits.

What Happens After the Grad Program?

After 21 months, graduates may apply to permanent roles within the business, including digital marketing, marketing technology, or analytic teams. You will gain training across essential skills, including advanced Excel, project management, and other competencies to excel in e-commerce roles. Our goal is to nurture future leaders and provide a clear path for career growth.

The starting pay range in California is $85,000 per year, with total compensation potentially including bonuses, equity, and eligibility for 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular full-time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, holidays, vacation, sick leave, parental and compassionate leave, wellbeing programs, commuter benefits, and fitness reimbursements.
