Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assessing their needs, and providing appropriate recommendations for vehicle services.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
- Prepare estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers.
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair shop or dealership is preferred.
- Knowledge of European car repair is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and service schedules.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills to input and retrieve information from the system.
- Basic diagnostic skill are a bonus.
