Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assessing their needs, and providing appropriate recommendations for vehicle services.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
  • Prepare estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers.
  • Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive repair shop or dealership is preferred.
  • Knowledge of European car repair is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and service schedules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient computer skills to input and retrieve information from the system.
  • Basic diagnostic skill are a bonus.
