Job Description
The Lee Company is seeking an additional team member focused on Digital Marketing Automation to join its Marketing Department in Westbrook, CT. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results through marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot and its capabilities, along with a mix of technical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking. This role will be responsible for creating and managing multiple automation projects simultaneously, so strong prioritization and time management skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and B2B campaigns.
- Proven experience in HubSpot, including building workflows, lead nurturing programs, email campaigns, and reporting.
- Strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, inbound marketing strategies, leveraging data for decision making, and content optimization.
- Strong email marketing experience, including writing, building, testing, deployment, and measurement of email performance.
- Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Canva, Photoshop, and Google Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Nurture target audiences with product campaigns, re-engagement campaigns, and educational content campaigns via email marketing tactics.
- Develop and manage HubSpot marketing automation initiatives across the entire customer journey for various audience segments.
- Support multi-channel campaigns by building and optimizing automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead nurturing programs, such as drip and trigger-based campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deploy marketing lead scoring and multi-touch attribution techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop digital assets and automation strategies tailored to various audience segments.
- Manage and optimize email marketing efforts in HubSpot, including A/B testing, deployment scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain contact list and manage segmentation strategies to optimize engagement.
- Assist with content management updates to website and landing pages using WordPress and HubSpot.
- Assist with paid digital advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign setup, and performance analysis.
- Stay current with marketing automation trends, HubSpot updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
