Were looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our brands digital storytelling. This role blends creativity and strategy overseeing content from ideation to execution while ensuring our presence is consistent, authentic, and culturally relevant. The right candidate is both a trend-savvy creative and a detail-oriented operator, capable of turning ideas into impactful campaigns that drive engagement and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports brand goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
- Create content (photo, video, copy) and collaborate with design/creative teams on high-quality social media assets.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and identity through storytelling that highlights the brands mission, products, and culture.
- Oversee Meta Ads execution, track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, follower growth), and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural conversations to keep content competitive and relevant.
- Engage authentically with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to align campaigns across channels.
- Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and content rollouts, including tracking performance impact.
- Maintain social media documentation (trend decks, asset libraries, performance dashboards) and ensure best practices are updated regularly.
Qualifications
- 24 years of professional social media experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong grasp of platform algorithms, analytics tools, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in content creation: copywriting, photo/video editing, and short-form video production.
- Strong communication skills with a keen sense of brand voice and visual storytelling.
- Balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects and platforms simultaneously.
- Managerial experience preferred
