As our Social Media Manager , you’ll help shape the digital voice of Ignite. From highlighting programs like our Design Equity Lab to sharing knowledge from our community-centered research, your work will help us build awareness and deepen impact. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an emerging nonprofit focused on accessible tech education and justice. Responsibilities Manage and schedule social media content (primarily Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X) Collaborate with our team to promote programs, partnerships, and community updates Help craft and refine our digital presence with an eye toward accessibility, authenticity, and engagement Track analytics and recommend ways to grow our reach Ideal Candidate Believes in equity in design, tech, and education Has experience with Instagram and/or other platforms Can commit 3-5 hours per week Excited to collaborate and grow with a mission-driven team This is a volunteer role, but your contributions will directly shape our storytelling and visibility as we grow.
