Senior Manager, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment. Our client,
a leading accounting and tax software provider,
is actively hiring a
Paid Social Analyst
to join their team in
Mountain View, CA . This role will be hybrid and require 2-3 days onsite.
This is an 11-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered! Base pay range : $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, and synthesize social data into meaningful insights while providing recommendations for optimization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all paid content-related inquiries and projects.
Identify new content opportunities based on performance analysis and suggest campaign optimizations.
Use Asana to track all social and influencer content across multiple agencies.
Act as a program manager for social and influencer-paid content.
Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance.
Support the agencies the team works with and program resources to effectively execute projects.
Qualifications
A degree in marketing, communications, digital media, program management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in an agency or corporate environment working directly in paid social or marketing.
Proficiency with social media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads Manager, and related tools.
