Overview
Senior Manager, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment. Our client, a leading accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a Paid Social Analyst to join their team in Mountain View, CA. This role will be hybrid and require 2-3 days onsite. This is an 11-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!
Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and synthesize social data into meaningful insights while providing recommendations for optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all paid content-related inquiries and projects.
- Identify new content opportunities based on performance analysis and suggest campaign optimizations.
- Use Asana to track all social and influencer content across multiple agencies.
- Act as a program manager for social and influencer-paid content.
- Develop and deliver regular reports on campaign performance.
- Support the agencies the team works with and program resources to effectively execute projects.
Qualifications
- A degree in marketing, communications, digital media, program management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or corporate environment working directly in paid social or marketing.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snap Ads Manager, and related tools.
