Greater Atlanta - Near Vinings, GA (Hybrid, 2-3 days Per Week) This isnt your typical marketing management role. This is an opportunity to take the reins of the in-house marketing department and bring it to the next level. Fresh off a $20 million growth investment and with three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list, we are scaling rapidly. After scaling to over $10M in revenue, we need a true leadernot an agency managerto architect the next stage of our hyper-growth. NPHub is the undisputed leader in connecting Nurse Practitioner students with the clinical placements they need to succeed. Our mission is critical, and our market is waiting. You will lead, scale, and mentor our 10+ person near-shore marketing team to dominate the Nurse Practitioner student market. You will own the strategy and execution required to meet students wherever they are, making NPHub an indispensable part of their educational journey and solidifying our position as the category leader. **What You'll Own & Achieve:** Build & Scale a High-Performance In-House Team Lead, coach, and scale our team of 10+ marketers across all functionsfrom performance & organic marketing (PPC, SEO) to brand and community (social, email, SMS) Act as a true "player-coach," developing the talent on your team, architecting career paths, and recruiting A-players to fill key gaps. Champion a culture of in-house expertise, ownership, and creative problem-solving, moving away from agency reliance. Architect the Marketing Growth Machine Design and implement the operational backbone of the marketing department, establishing scalable processes, reporting structures, and accountability systems. Own the marketing OKRs, aligning your teams KPIs directly with the companys aggressive revenue targets and reporting on progress to leadership. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure our marketing strategy is fully integrated with the entire customer lifecycle. Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively reach and resonate with NP students. Master our B2C funnel, implementing CRO strategies and experimental marketing tactics to optimize conversion at every stage. Shape the long-term positioning and brand strategy of NPHub, ensuring we build a beloved brand that students trust. **The Profile: What You'll Bring to the Table** A Proven Leader of People:
You have 5+ years of marketing leadership experience with a clear track record of managing, coaching, and scaling teams of 10+ direct reports, ideally with some experience managing near-shore or off-shore remote resources. An In-House Operator & Systems Builder:
You have experience operationalizing marketing teams for scale, ideally within a high-growth company ($20M+ revenue). You know how to build the processes and systems needed to succeed without relying on external agencies. A Creative, Full-Funnel Marketer:
You possess a deep understanding of the entire B2C marketing mix, from performance and funnel optimization to brand strategy and community building. You know how to make a budget go further through creativity. Commercially-Minded & Data-Fluent:
You think in terms of revenue, not just vanity metrics. You have excellent project management skills and can translate data into a clear, actionable strategy that drives the business forward. Bonus Points:
